These are my favorite. I want 10 in my house. They are coffee filter wreaths and I love them. I was looking for a wreath for my window when I stumbled on these, pintrest. The best thing about them is they are so cheap. I used a swim noodle to make the form and then bought the coffee filters at the dollar store. I already had the ribbon, hot glue, and paint. ending cost $3. Yeah!
